WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? HOW MUCH IS THE POSTAGE?

The price is different for every country.

It`s usually between £7-£16.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes.

If the country you are from is not on the list at the check out please contact me directly at [email protected] .

Please ensure you know the import taxes and duty fees from your home country before any purchase as these will be the buyer`s responsibility. If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the parcel will be returned to me and the order will be refunded excluding original and return shipping fee and a transaction fee.

DO YOU ACCEPT DEBIT CARD?

Yes. All payments are made via Paypal. You do not need Paylpal account in order to make payment. I accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTUM ORDERS?

Yes. I love collaborations. Get in touch if you are interested in handmade ceramics specially designed for your home, cafe or restaurant.

DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE LESSONS?

At the moment I`m working on setting up my own studio in Edinburg where I will be able to give you lessons very soon!

IS THERE ANY SPECIAL CARE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE PIECES I JUST BOUGHT?

All items are dishwasher safe however it is advise to handwash them if you want to keep them last longer.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

In case you need to return an item please do it within 3 days from reciving your order. I will refund the piece but not the postage.
